Home make enzyme 酵素

I making enzyme from pineapple. I mixed pineapple with skin, lemon with skin and not much sugar. It is 2 weeks long. Can anybody advise me if my making is successful. Please refer to picture :a) the colour is dullb) thickc) the pineapple sink at the bottomd) very sourI hope someone can help me. Thank a lot .

Thailand trip -Ayutthaya

This was a "unwilling trip"My husband needed to stay back due to no ticket to fly back home on Friday . My husband asked me to fly over to accompany him to spend the weekend. At first , i tired to find reasons not to go, because air ticket was to expensive, but at the end i failed.

When i reached there i have to pretend i was happy to be there. (no choice, not to hurt someone)

However, it turned out to be a wonderful trip. I brought a lof clothes and dried foods, eat a lot of nice food, especially inImperial Hotel I have Vietnamese lunch. It was so delicious . We also took this opportunity to join a local tour to Ayutthaya Thailand. This city was about 1 1/2hours from Bangkok by road. From Ayutthaya back to Bangkok by cruise. It tooked about 3 hours . We have buffet lunch in the cruise.

Along the river , we saw a lotr of small and big temples. We traveled along Chao Phraya River.

This was a very fantastic trip. i have to say *my busband long life* = *万 岁*

This is not China, but it is highway of Ipoh , Malaysia. The scenery is so beatiful.

North Malaysia trip - Perlis, Ipoh, Penang & Cameron Highland

8th to 11th August 2007,We have a short break to visit North park of Malaysia. We drove more than 2000km . Every interesting and nice trip. I never been Cameron Highland for about 20 years. There are many nice hotel at there. Every Friday to Sunday evening, there have "pasar malam".

There are many stall selling flower or cactus. At there, all this are not expensive. I brought a few pot of cactus for my colleague. They feel happy.
